Antique Edwardian 1902 diamond and ruby 18ct yellow gold Gypsy ring. This beautiful ring features two ruby gemstones in a decorative gypsy setting alongside a large gypsy set diamond. The gemstones have open back settings where light can pass through. A gypsy setting is where a gemstone is almost imbedded into the piece with small prongs holding it in place.
The ring has a number of hallmarked, ' H & S', 'Crown', 'Anchor', '18', '1902', indicating the piece was made by a company with the initials H&S. The piece was hallmarked in 1902 in Birmingham, England.

The ring measures a UK size O 1/2 and a US size 7 1/4.
